how could an old folding bike named Bickerton have a new tubes and tires ...I m in northern mountains part of Thailand..thanks for any kindly suggees in advanz..

You may be able to get advice or materials from this gentleman in UK. I used a Bickerton occasionally for about 10 years and found him helpful
