Modern bikes often require very low torque applications, which come with dire warnings from the manufacturers of expensive components about the dangers of overtorqueing. And I'm not even talking about carbon fibre bikes.
So a low-range accurate torque wrench earns a permanent place on many cyclists' wishlists.
