I know my chain has done a lot of kms and needs replacing.
I’ve noticed a ‘tinking’ on the downward pedal stroke. I know it’s not coming from pedals, chainring etc. The sound has lessened ( volume wise ) since I adjusted the chain length but it’s still there. It makes no difference performance wise. I’m just curious to know if anyone else hears this type of sound when their chain is nearing the end of its lifespan.
