Have we pondered this before?
http://www.spineticsinc.com/
Comes with built in 4800mAh battery, not a lot of information regarding fitting etc.

Thanks, Rual. Would be useful to have a photo of the device from the drive side at the rear of the bike--I can't see how it fits with the hub & spokes. Doesn't look as if it would fit over/beside a Rohloff -- what about a front-hub fitment, I wonder?

From teh photo at this link:
https://static1.squarespace.com/static/54f46dfce4b0f251eec01354/5511a09de4b05a30b1262224/56cd42b6d210b82eff11f560/1488077264012/spinetics-lifestyle-051_modified_01.jpg
It looks like it has a series of small round magnets that are fitted to the hub. If I was going to try to do that I would use the disc attachment to the hub. If they did that and used the bolt on fitting, if Rohloff is still four bolts and not six that might preclude fitting it to a Rohloff. And then the armature thingy looks like it attaches to the outside of teh left dropout, that might make fitting fenders and a rack difficult if they attach in the wrong spot.

Yep, Rual -- last discussed as a Kickstarter effort in 2015.
Like you, I'd like to see more specifics, but they seem to be lacking.
Best,
Dan.
