Should the torque screws on the tandem axle plate sit flush against the plate. I can't seem to get the screws to go all the way in so that the heads sit in the screw hole recesses. They protrude by about a mm which ain't a lot but I just wondered if this was okay. They didn't do this with the axle plate that came standard with the rohloff.
