DT Swiss vs Sapim spokes

Am in the situation of rebuilding a wheel for a rear Rohloff.

The Grizzly CSS rim had failed and am looking into options where I see the Dt Swiss is usually much easier to get and cheaper.
Will be putting a Rigida Andra CSS on it.

 On an older tourer I had the DT Swiss Alpine and liked them a lot, and am leaning towards them.
Then there's the Rohloff spokes that never seemed to take off.

What the consensus?

I used Wheelsmith spokes, but I am biased, they are made about 150 km from my home. 

And I used Sapim nipples because they are supposed to work better for sharp angles out of the rim.

I have no opinion on DT vs Sapim for spokes, I think all the top brands are all good.

There was an old thread a couple years ago that debated spoke lengths.  Dave from the shop mentioned the length they use.

Sapim or Dt Swiss?

I have 622mm wheels with Sapim Strong spokes fitted with Sapim's own Polyax nipples that George also uses. The wheels are getting on for 9000km of rough tarmac use under hefty loads (they're on the bike I use for carrying my painting equipment, and a case of wine, and catfood, which really weighs), not mollycoddled, and the spokes are still as tight as a drum, never had a spanner on them. Not very elegant spokes though; the butt is short, not much tapered. All in all, a longlasting, workmanlike spoke, well worth the modest premium.
