few years ago i would  worry about things like that a woman passing me,  no way danno this ain't happening,
but these days im happy with the pace i set myself 12 to 13mph average ,if i changed to a triple and a 32 on the back it would make my cycling much easier the battery would be great with my set up but as andre said   not much in that battery so lower gears might be the way to go either that or train much harder ,but the weather is not great for cycling.

Agree  i need more miles in the legs and lower gears ,at this moment in time both are a problem  health issues and money problems  . ;D ;D
