Just as I was getting used to my new bike (love it!) last Sunday I had a fall while I was out running and I've not been able to ride my bike at all.  I tripped on some rough ground that was frozen solid mud.  It was mainly my left hand that took the force as I fell over.  No great injury but had me feeling a bit battered and frustrated.

Now I'm starting to see it a bit differently, a few days of reflection has probably done some good.   More on my blog....
