My new Raven (almost) ready for the road
« on: October 31, 2014, 03:33:10 PM »
I bought a used Catalyst last year and (once I'd got the position just right) was very happy with it, but I wanted something more suited to camping & touring around Europe. So I bought a Raven frame & forks and swapped the parts over. Unfortunately, as I'm recovering from a knee op, I have yet to take it out for a ride, so the final adjustments to handlebar height still need to be made.

The Catalyst frame & carbon forks will be up for sale as soon as I get my act together to list them.

My! That *is* a beauty, Rob!

All congratulations on the new ride, and on carrying the old one forward in the parts transfer. Best of both worlds.

Someone will jump on your old Catalyst as soon as it's offered, methinks.

Best,

Dan.

Like the red with black and silver accents, Rob.  Enjoy!

Well...they're red.  :D

And look really nice in photos!  ;)

Best,

Dan. (...whose tandem bicycle is a similar shade of bright red and there's "something" about it as well!)

Don't know what it is about this bike but it looks mighty fine to me.
