Underneath the bottom bracket is the alphanumeric LA 130202. Anyone know what that means?

I have a serial starting LA too. I think that was the framebuilder LA Cycles of Coventry?

Thanks, I've had great fun doing the forensics on LA cycles of Coventry, regardless of whether they built this frame or not. I bet they did though. Unless someonew knows otherwise....!
