With so many past champions running, with so much experience on the trail, with the young crowd thinking their time is overdue, with new methods and schedules introduced last year by Martin Buser and promised this year by Jeff King, both multiple champions, with the return of the relentless Robert Sorlie, with a fast track possibly favoring Aliy Zirkle's small, fast dogs, nah, forecasting is mug's game. But, if you choked me by the neck until I chose one, yes, I'd choose Aliy Zirkle, who is always spectacular.
