choice of rings

meant to ask this before but do i have much of a choice if i want to chang the rings up front on my new stronglight impact chainset.

Your Stronglight Impact has a 110/74BCD, which accepts the widest possible range of chainrings. Pretty much anything you might wish for can be accommodated.

yes might change the middle  to a 36 i have 38 on there.

remember your front mechanism may be a more significant  limiting factor than ring availability, particularly if you are running STI or similar at the front.

I'm currently playing with 22/36/44 to give plenty of midrange combinations and super hillclimbing. Works ok with bar end shifters.

that sound good i'm using the  stronglight on my raleigh dura ace barend shifters so i should be ok.
where is the best lace to buy ta or stronglight rings. ;)
