pompino or genesis day one or similar

Hi, i want buy an used single speed (large) pompino or 58cm day one, i live in south somerset but am willing to travel (no too far though), bike must have some evidence of ownership as i do not (obviously) want to encourage bike thieves.

Am intending to ride it fixed with mudguards (for shorter audax events, club runs etc.) but need both brakes.

not selling it but I have a pompino and it runs fine with full mudgards and 37c tyers.  I have Thorn comfert bars on mine but it's made the reach a bit to short.  Need to find some new forks some day with a very long steer tube so I can use a longer stem. If you have any questions about the pompino frame I can try and answer them.
