Headset thingumy

I have a large framed S&S Nomad and am determined on my next trip to fit it in the smallest box I can manage (there's likely to be lots of trains, planes and automobiles at either end of the trip). To do this I'll have to remove the forks. I'm absolutely positive that I've seen a link somewhere in these forums to a gizmo that can be used to keep all the headset bits in place when the fork is removed. But can't for the life of me think what's its called. I'm pretty sure the links were to sjs. I've tried searching for it but without success. Any ideas?

I think it might be easiest to just put the pieces of the headset back onto the fork steerer tube in the correct order when you take the fork off.  And then a variety of things could be used to keep that from sliding off the end of the steerer tube, such as tape, rubber bands, etc.  And maybe a plastic bag to keep any grease on the bearings from making a mess of things.

I sometimes remove our forks when travelling, and now carry a home made plastic spacer that I clamp onto the fork keeping the spacers in place.

Then I bubble wrap the fork. I then run a couple of cabe ties or straps into the headset and bubble wrap the ends to stop the the races from getting damaged.

 i use them so i can alter bar height or twist the bars for bike storage without needing to readjust the headset each time
it's at the bottom of the stack on my sherpa
