Rohloff hub has developed a skipping problem

Hub came back from the factory yesterday. A nice letter apologising about the issue, stating that it is now working 'perfectly' and wishing me to have 'a lot fun with your hub'. No explanation of what was wrong, but also no charge incurred so that's just fine!

All a bit mysterious, but similar to other results, so all good if the hub works properly! Even better to find no charge!

I suspect it may have been a spacing issue or something similar, but to have it working again is wonderful.
