tom seems to be the weapon of choice in these islands for all the young thugs
seen on the news last night a woman  got life for stabbing her  husband to death 60 times,
sad times indeed.

Thankfully guns aren't the problem there as they are here.  Otherwise those thugs would have them.  I guess that guns are such a problem here that not a lot of thought goes into pocket knives.  (Although, in the skyjackings on 9-11 plastic knives were used.)

By the way, someone who stabs a loved one (supposedly) 60 times usually has a lot of pent up frustration with them.  Here that is commonly used as mitigating circumstance that allows them a reduced sentence.  Is the life sentence she received truly for life?  Just curious.

yeah i think over here life is 14 years, but they were saying her mental state was in question at the time of the stabbing.actuall the guy rand 999 and the whole sorry episode was recorded as it happened .
wow gives me the shivers.
