Ron's Sterling
« on: February 23, 2009, 02:37:19 PM »
Been meeing to post a pick of my sterling on here for ages. Got it end of august 2008, never realy got any decent time to ride it due to a combination of the wonderfull weather last year and getting the bar position to somwhere that didnt cause shoulder/back pain

But since there was a glorious day this weekend, I finaly got out onto the ridgeway for a nice 20mile jaunt :)

Looks nice.

Which forks did you go for?

I chose the 100mm Magura Odur forks, on the XL Sterling frame. but as sus forks don't have a long tube attached to them, I had to get an extension to bring the bars high enough for me to reach them comfortably.

It looks rather comical sat in bike racks as both the seat and bars are about six inches above eveything else :)
