Unless you’re sure you need the capability of a Nomad the Raven listed here might be worth a look.

That looks a real bargain, I wonder if it's due to the unpopularity of 26" wheels that it hasn't sold.  Other than that, even if someone liked the idea of discs, a front fork, wheel and brake would get them 80% there and still be cheap.
