That is a moped trailer I bought second-hand (but hardly used) in the early 1980's.
At that time they were still fairly popular here in France.
As it was built for mopeds the construction is robust, it will happily cope with loads up to about 80 Kg, over that weight the tail tends to start wagging the dog but I have occasionally loaded up to about 130 Kg, taking great care as braking is not very effective with that much weight.
At 15 Kg unloaded it is heavy, but this isn't too noticeable when towing.
A modern trailer with a rear axle towbar would probably be better, but I doubt I will ever bother as it has given my good service for more than 40 years.
