Please jog my poor memory

Attached picture popped up from Mr. Google.
8 years ago I visited Shetland and met 2 Thorn owners. Both made me very welcome but to my shame I have forgotten their names.
Picture shows one of them. A very tall Norwegian. His partner made the most excellent soup. And it rained. Nothing else in my grey matter, I'm afraid.

Thanks Dan. Spot on.

I'm off to Orkney tomorrow. Not sure if I can make the second leg up to Shetland on this occasion but good to have this information to hand. And hopefully I can reach Shetland later in the year and repay the kind hospitality shown me.
