Mercury Mk2 Dark Blue
« on: August 09, 2021, 08:26:56 PM »
With a heavy heart, I have finally decided to part with this. I simply do not use it and I have plenty of other bikes. It's near mint.
Currently set up as a commuter - with 30mm tires, a steel fork and wide mudguards, a pannier rack, caliper brakes, but also included ...
a carbon fork, thinner mudguards, 28mm / 25mm Continental 4 Seasonal tires for summer / lighter riding.

The bike is near new. Covered 2500kms. One small scratch on the frame, so it near new. 2017.

It weights 15 or 14.5kg which is light for a Rohloff.

Components:
Gears - 14 speed Rohloff. Yearly oil change. Gilles shifter.
Front hub - SON 28 coupled to a Edelux front light.
Frame - 610S. Bispoke color. Dark Metallic Blue. To give you an idea, I am 185cm.
Carbon (black) and steel (dark metallic blue) fork.
Rims - Ryde Chrina 32 hole.
Van Nicholas Rohloff compatible 44cm handbar and stem.
Van Nicholas long drop caliper brakes. Cane Creek Levers.
Van Nicholas saddle (worn)
Van Nicholas 10cm stem.
Silver rack.

All is perfect working order.

As you can see, this is a no expense spared bike.

I am looking for £1800.
Logistically, I am currently abroad. Could drop off in Kent or Oxford. Let's discuss.....

Grab it because I might change my mind   ;)

Please message me for plenty of photos. OR, you can look in members gallery, page 4.... mercury 610S bespoke colour. That's me!
