I spotted this https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-anzeige/thorn-raven-tour-randonneur-rennlenker-rohloff-son-tubus/1809079934-217-3529 for sale in Berlin.

It looks in great condition and would probably suit a shorter rider. Not sure if it is a bit overpriced- but one could probably haggle as I suspect it will be available for a while at the EUR 2000- being asked.
