Anyone who has cycled through Tierra del Fuego will be aware of the Panaderia la Union in Tolhuin. It was one of the most famous casas de ciclistas in Patagonia. The owner, Emilio Saez, enthusiastically welcomed passing cycle tourists to sleep in the basement of the bakery's warehouse which was equipped with beds, wifi and showers. We had spent a night there less than a year ago (see
