It does seem high, a price likely influenced by the upper-spec items that are included, though many are not part of the sale.
I'm intrigued by the paint scheme. It appears the native color was yellow with the black panels added later.
I added a strip of black automotive trim tape atop my Nomad's top tube to prevent potential scuffs from my foot while dis/mounting. Maybe the black here is also tape. The ends are square and the cable guides are still yellow.
The segmented mudguards are an interesting detail to accommodate the larger tires and mud. I see this includes Thorn's steering limiter as well and was spec'd with a CSS rear rim. A lot of thought has gone into this.
The ad says, "Viewing recommended".
