Although I DID familiarise myself with removing and replacing the back wheel of our Tandem when it was new in October last year, I forgot the procedure for synchronising the Rohloff changer a couple of weeks ago when we had our first puncture. After wandering up and down a Suffolk lane until I found a spot with some phone signal, I phoned Thorn and 'Andy' took my call and talked me through the procedure.
