Unfortunately not, when I am here I do a simple 10 mile route around the streets of Derry on a fold up bike.  Not very exciting but better then nothing.

next time i'll take you on some of my routes i think you would enjoy ,nice easy pace i'm well passed the speed demons .like to smell the roses as the man said.

I'm stuck doing this for two more days (pic below) and then I'm free to take a Big Day Ride again. This is why I prefer Nature and the Forest -- it all takes care of itself without human intervention. Home and garden...notsomuch.

Yeah I'm useless at gardining i have my little yard paved   front is only the size of a postage stamp  so no big gardining jobs for this kid although have to say a nice garden  can be very relaxing.make sure you take photos of your next spin Dan,
