anto,
tomato juice is one recommended intake for this condition.

Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery for you both.

On the bright side, maybe a weight loss to look forward to…
Julian.

Get plenty of tea down your neck Anto, that's the trick. Hope you both get well soon.
Regards,
Neil

If that's the same virus as the cold-like thing that did the rounds in Co Cork, it'll go away after a week or ten days. But until then you should keep warm, sleep a lot, and drink lots of tea. I had it, and I wouldn't wish it on a dog. I hope you both get better soon.

Anto,

Try going for a long ride wearing a lime green mankini and yellow crocs, red beanie hat optional. It may not make you feel better but it will make everyone you pass smile...Keep smiling mate and get better soon both of you.

Best regards, Alfie

Hope you're feeling better Anto!

Look, I know it's tough, looking out on perfect cycling weather whilst you're cooped up at home with the dreaded lurgie. But you can't go around "punching" email addresses, or anything else, into poor little defenceless cameras, ya brute!

It's no wonder you and technology don't get on...

 :) ;) :D ;D
