All home made.....if you make it to Scotland I shall make you pizza. Last time the kids ordered from Dominoes, ( three kids and 'er indoors plus me) the bill was £72 !
£72!!!
Then, yours should be worth roughly £144, as it looks twice as good! (and a terrific offer; thanks! Mmm! Are those anchovies?)
Pizza choice for me here in the States is Papa Murphy's take-and-bake. They have no ovens, and there's no cooking onsite. They assemble the cold ingredients on the dough, you take it home, and bake it. Hmm. Might we see PapaJoe's in Scotland soon?
As for re-heating on the road, I've done 'xperiments (yes, for the punsters, "spearmint" is always good!), and found a dark-colored box can accumulate a great deal of heat in desert sunlight -- enough to thoroughly re-heat food in a very few minutes, and I think it has possibilities for baking-whilst-cycling. Trouble is, those conditions are the very last where I'd crave hot food!
Good choice to not fit mudguards on this one...!
All the best,
Dan.
