Great picture! Looks like you've deviated from the standard spec on the crankset - what have you got?

I commute all year round so I upgraded to anything that might help me deal with the winter snow, slush, sand, and salt.  That includes Shimano XT crankset and front hub, Mavic XC717 ceramic rims, and SRAM PC99 chain (nickel plated).  I also installed Shimano A-520 single sided SPD road pedals (not available from SJS as far as I know).  They're light, sealed, have a nice platform ring for support on long rides, and fit my mountain bike shoes in the winter.  It's time to start thinking about mounting the studded tires so we'll soon see if the investment pays off.
