Not bad, I got an Alexrim dc9 26" with a dh-3n30 for £26.
Not the most flashy combination or the most efficient dynohub but you can count on Shimano kit. A 36H wheel will be strong regardless and good enough for commuting so it's not an issue it's not a tried/tested rim like CR18.
Ad says sold untested! So buyer beware...

Yes, I agree J - ebay description is 'Used' i.e. in full working order so I'm a bit confused why they mentioned untested! Kind of put me off really!

Send them a message and ask if hub definitely works?
If working, nothing wrong with it if you want a reliable dynohub and don't mind truing the wheel a bit. DC19 is about same weight as CR18.
Not the lightest or least drag but it will work for you.
