The story of our club's recent tour of Tasmania that I organised is detailed here now (http://www.bicycles.net.au/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=49107). Fourteen of us spent 18 days cycling around Tassie and had a tremendous time doinng it. Fully self-sufficient, travelling the quiet roads where possible and camping out all nights except one. Ages of group members were 18 to 65+.

What a fine job presenting your ride, Pete; I have gone back twice to see the photos and read the new narration. A wonderful trip, and you've done well to bring it "alive" for readers who can follow you vicariously. Excellent job on the map and gpx data posting on bikemap. Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to more and future adventures.
