Can anyone explain to me how a bike with 30 gears is called a 10-speed?

I wonder what other colour schemes will be available.

Shimano Ultegra 10 Speed Triple
10 (Speed) x 3(triple) = 30 [;)]

You could run the double version, only giving you 20!

You can have the standard Starburst finish in: Flame(pictured)/Green or Blue.
