Title: canal des deux mers

I recently cycled from Royan to Agde following the Gironde, Canal Lateral á la Garonne and from Toulouse the Canal du Midi to Agde on the Med.750 km.
Easy cycling, pleasant scenery and no problems except a fall in Bordeaux, but fortunately I was wearing a helmet.
Always wear a helmet, it really makes sense.

Sorry to hear about your fall.  I trust that you are fully recovered..
