A tandem and 5 others solo thorns spotted in Hawes for the tdf. Fabulous day! Was it you?

We were at the start of the Buttertubs climb, saw a Thorn tandem with Rohloff there, I had my Audax mk3.
We watched the race go by then waited an hour and a half for all the spectators to walk and ride down off Buttertubs before we headed up the climb, and there were still people coming down.

I went up buttertubs v early and it was mad so went back to the village and got a great spot on a bend. Had a brilliant day including a 72 mile round trip! Only downside was a puncture, the first for 2 years.
