Some good ones there. Done the way of the roses, lon las Cymru, eskdale and trough of bowland several times. All very different. Eskdale has a short flattish section and then before you know it you are heading up hard knot. Bowland is very local and a great ride. I enjoyed way of the roses as it has lots of family connections but lon las Cymru is a great touring route, probably the best of the UK sustrans routes.

Great ideas there! Thanks. Would like to check out the Antrim Coast by bike, having seen it in person. Very beautiful coastline.
