These would be Thorn carbon mudguards, an upgrade option on the EXP here ...

Nicely found, Jim!  :)

My, they sure look pretty in the camera flash...the roving and clear coat on them look about a mile deep.

I would have figured even more than ?70-?120 for the upgrade, but it has been awhile as well.
