Reminds me of the story/urban myth about a couple of hoons in a ute/pickup/light truck who threw a box of tacks out of the window in front of a group from the Police Cycling Club. The driver is alleged to have received a visit from the local Wallopers and received a "hamburger with the lot" including a charge of failing to secure the load on his vehicle!
