Hello
I've taken the plunge and am now the owner of a new Club Tour frame. I've already got 'new bike syndrome' and was wondering if anyone has got any experiences of the paint protection films available?
Cheers

I bought 3M door edge protection film:

Became invisible on the shiny paint.

Thanks wildrover
I've tracked your recommendation down in the UK, after a bit more searching I found 3M Ventureshield. I'm guessing it's more or less the same product and available in 600mm x 300mm sheets. That should be enough to get the main tubes covered. Did you cover the forks or rear triangle? I suppose paper templates would be the way forward from here...

Thanks anniesboy
Have you used this yourself? Interested to hear what people think of the product they use.

No I have not used it, Im thinking of getting some for my wifes step through Sherpa.
She has hip problem and tends to touch frame with her foot when getting on the bike.

Hello Anniesboy - I have used the sjsc film in the past, and found it fine and effective.
And as a sideline to this thread, how does your wife find the stepthrough Sherpa?? Dreaming of one for my wife . . .

She gets on with it very well, she had an xtc previously.
I bought a Sherpa step through frame and swapped everything over and sold the xtc frame.
