done my fastest spin today 14.9mph for 30 miles.
for the life of me i just could not get that 15 mph average ,i seen the time 17 /18 mph average was no problem but those days are long gone.
yeah pleased enough with that spin a few drags on the route and one good climb and headwind so i didnt do to bad for an ould fella. ;D ;D
so have you lads been out today. ::)

My little ride today:

16.33 miles in 1 hour 30 min makes 10.9 mph. For me, breaking 11 mph is a challenge!

Gee, that's still faster than my 15kph average, and on similar hilly terrain. You're doing okay, Jim!

Cheers Andre yeah i was quiet chuffed to be honest 15mph average is fast for a guy like me. ;)
jim i done always go out to try and better my last ride, but i started off fast and just kept it going for the most part.you had a good bit of climbing on your route.

Good going Anto, there's no telling how much faster you could get! ;)
Jim, don't worry about your speed, if I was cycling in the Catskills I would be very happy just admiring the views :)
