Title: large mtb frame quality British lugged Reynolds etc

On a budget,looking to build a frameset into a expedition bike for this year or 2014 maybe someone on here has a quality old 80's frame that could do the job 21 inches or larger please,cosmetics not so important

Thanks but really just looking for a mountain bike frameset 531 lugged like saracen ridgeback etc
