Title: diameter seat tube

Not near my bike at the moment so I was hoping someone here can answer, what's the diameter of the seat tube on the audax mk3 frame? Trying to work out what size band on I need for a front derailleur.

Mk3 seat tube is 28.6mm diameter, taken from Thorn PDF brochure.
