Hi -
The manfriend gave me an Ortlieb Handlebar Bag last year in the monsoon season. Now that the weather is getting a bit better again I want to start using it.
It has a missing bolt, there is two cables that go into the part that fastens to the handlebars. These get clamped in with bolts, but one of these is missing. E-bay and Ortlieb UK no good.
Any idea where I can get just this bolt?

Going by this (http://www.therandonneeshop.com/media/348/ultimate5_mountingset_e164.jpg), it seems to show the bracket with just one cable ??
Whatever the case, somewhere downstairs I have a complete Ortlieb handlebar bracket. New in the plastic bag. I could send it to you but I am in Australia.
I don't know how it mounts as I've simply used the Klickfix brackets that I already had, and the Ortlieb bag fits quite OK on these. I believe that the Klickfix one is actually a better mount - easier to fit and more secure.

Hi Jawine!
Unfortunately, my bracket is installed, or I would take a quick look to confirm, but as I recall, the missing bolt is a standard M5x0.8 allenhead bolt. There are two pinch bolts that enter the bracket from the bottom. There is another, longer one on the face of the bracket to secure the end of the tensioning cable. Given when you were given the bag, I presume it uses one of the Ultimate brackets. Here's a link to the instruction sheet that shows the bolts ans their locations: http://www.ortlieb.com/_anleit/ultimate5.pdf I don't think you'd have to be particularly concerned about length, as I see no problem with them sticking out a bit if they're on the long side.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Dan.

Blonde moment it's just one bolt ;D
Thanks I will try to get just that at a hardware store.
Il padrone thanks for the kind offer :)
The shipping however would be so expensive that it's probably cheaper to get a whole used bag or a new bracket...
