With apologies for the apparent heresy I thought this Woodrup on the CTC forum might be of interest. I've not seen one come up for sale before and this one looks a stunner. I think I'm right in saying that there is a link between Thorn and Woodrup but I can't recall what it is! Frame maker perhaps?
Anyway, here it is: http://forum.ctc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=73020&sid=0d8d3edd21aed4ac54a1e68a654972a0

Yes, Kevin Sayles had been a framebuilder at Woodrup before coming to Thorn to build frames for them. When Thorn discontinued their in-house handbuilt frames, Kevin returned to Woodrup.
As he says on his Flickr profile...Hi to anyone interested..........I've been a Pro framebuilder since 1971. Started my career with Bob Jackson cycles, moved on to Woodrup cycles after 6 years at Jacksons, staying with Woodrups until 1999.
Moved to the South West to be the master framebuilder at Thorn cycles in Somerset.......after 10 years I'm delighted to be back with Woodrup cycles as their framebuilder again!
These photos are just a glimpse of what I have done over the years, and what I'm doing now Cheers Kevin
