More stunners in this latest gallery, Simeon; well-done as always!
I sure like the photos in/near the cave, and the bridleway towards Loughrigg Terrace. It looks like the first signs of a coming spring might be making themselves known -- at least you all had sunshine!
Thanks for sharing these so generously.
Best,
Dan.

The signs of Spring on there way with the first snowdrops starting to flower around the Lakes, there was plenty folk enjoying the nice weather as well on Saturday.

Wonderful photos as always, Simeon; thanks so much for sharing them so generously (my weekly treat).
In that third photo, the one titled, "A view of John’s bike at Bank Houses..."...has John been doing these rides on a fixed gear?!? :o
Wow! Man! You guys had my respect before, but this...this scares me! Iron men and women on steel bikes, surely.
Respect!
All the best,
Dan.

Hi Dan,
Don't worry about John its a standing joke in the Group that John changes his bike every month and on next week ride he back riding his Orange mountain bike.
Simeon
-
Whew! I figured he was Superman, simply cycling instead of flying in the off-season. :D
All the best,
Dan.

Men of steel ;)

Men of steel
...except they don't rust from laying about 'cos they're unstoppable! My vote is for Men of Stainless Steel! ;D
Wonderful photos and adventures as always, Simeon. I notice what appears to be a red Thorn, perhaps a Raven Tour? in there as well this time.
Best,
Dan.

Sad to see the picture of Cafe Anne. She/it was a loss to Clapham. The reading room is not bad but not a replacement and you don't get served by Alan Bennett! Interesting choice of the Settle Down, I've been a Ye Olde naked man kind of guy myself!
-
geocycle,
The Settle Down Cafe is old cyclists cafe ie cheap.
