Looks like a great ride if you have the tires/gearing and don't mind getting mucky! :)
Scones are of course the fastest pastry in the world and good way to start ;)

Very best of the season to you, Simeon, and may the coming New Year be kind to you and yours. You're surely brightened our days with the many photos and ride reports you've so generously shared of your RoughStuff rides; thanks so much!
Best,
Dan. (...who is guessing there'll be more Simeon rides and wonderful trip-food pics in the year ahead [hopefully!])

Oh, Simeon!
What a fantastic, stunning shot! My favorite to date, I think!
This whole series was just wonderful. I know...it would have been tempting to roll back into bed, but I'm surely glad you got out...and were generous to share these with us. Thanks so much!
All the best,
Dan.

These posts and photos are amongst my favourite on this forum. I love the places they detail, the cake they highlight and the muddy fun they capture. I'm currently in Thorn Sterling aversion therapy but looking at these posts has set me back terribly ;) Incidentally, what kind of van do you 'chuck the bike' into? I'm in the market for a new car/truck/van and wondered if you used a particular vehicle out of preference or simply one that you happen to have.

My van is Citroen C15D which I have had for last 11 years and now needs quite a bit work doing to it, to get it through its next MOT in June.
