oh man i have the bleep bleep flu went to bed last night at 9.30 a reckord for me .
ah still feel crap .
anyway just though i would share this happy news with you lads that's just getting ready to  hit the country lanes for a lovely spin on your lovely thorn bikes,
lucky sods. ::)

Very-very sorry to hear the 'flu bug caught you, jags (that's how it works; you don't catch these things...they catch you!).

Fingers crossed the worst will quickly be over for you, with the aches and pains and sniffles just a distant memory as you glide along the lanes yourself as soon as soon can be.
