Tandem to Tighnabruaich with my youngest at the weekend. Rode this a couple of years back with my other son, it took us a bit longer this time, but then again, we had more ice-cream.

What a wonderful photo, such great memories...and, perhaps, the start of a family tradition!
My, you surely had some climbing if you came up from below (!).
Gorgeous bike...any chance of some closeups? There' aren't too many Thorn tandems in the gallery, and yours would surely be welcome.
All the best,
Dan. ("Some of the greatest feats are fueled by ice cream...")

Great picture. I have been there too. But where did you ride from? Glasgow?

No, we left the car at the pier at wemyss bay. (sp ?)
The S&S couplers are good for that :)
4 ferries for the day, pretty good as I really like rolling up to a ferry queue on the bike. Makes the day seem a real adventure.
Will try the 5 ferries ride with my eldest either on tandem or solos later this year.
