Title: Tubus Tara pannier rack unused- £40 posted

I have a Tubus Tara low-rider front pannier rack (to fit 26"-28" wheel) in black. It has not been attached to a bike yet and will include bolts etc. There are a couple of very small scuffs from storage, but generally as new. £40 posted (UK).
