Title: IDEAL BOTTOM BRACKET LENGTH

Can anybody enlighten me .
Im building up a Thorn Raven Tour and was wondering whats the ideal BB length for correct Rohloff chain alignment

R,
I have Rohloff Thorn with a 73 mm bottom bracket shell, the axle length is 119 mm.

I suspect that would equate to a 68 mm bottom bracket shell and axle length of 114 mm for the RT.

Hopefully someone with a RT will come along soon and reveal all.

Depends on what chainset you are using I think?

My Raven Tour from 2009 has got this bottom bracket: Part 12986L110 (Kitpart) Shimano UN54 Bottom Bracket 68mm shell English thread 110mm according to Andy from SJS.
