The wonderful web.archive.org, which allows you to see archived and no longer used websites in their former glory, has a copy of the 'old' sjsc/thorn website which is endearngly basic but interesting.

However my post concerns the claim that they make that:

"We also have our own cyclists' no-smoking Pub!"

Did/do they???? Anybody remember?

Oh gosh!! Just found this!!!  Is it still going?

On Street View it's showing as a slightly less garish pub called The New Foresters  >:(
